Guide and sound credits
The blocks show each part’s timing across one complete phrase: four repeated bass-root quarter notes, one held piano chord, and eight drum subdivisions per bar. They are a listening guide. Switching a part off changes its volume while all three parts keep their place in the phrase.
This adapts the existing Doo-Wop example in C with a repeated-root bass. It has bass, piano and drums; there is no separate melody part. Your observations are ungraded.
